It’s been 2 months so far having sessions with Brady and he’s been very patient with me and my goal of strengthening my shoulder after an injury and working on my overall fitness goals. Having a PT is great because I have more confidence with how to use machines and have good form when I go to my other commercial gym. I love his small gym as it’s easier to focus and we can pick what music we want haha. Brady is great. He’s easy to chat to, genuinely cares about me and my goals and checks in on me staying consistent. Thanks Brady :)

From someone who had never stepped foot in a gym before seeing Brady for PT, I was a little worried at what to expect and how this may impact my busy social life. I was soon relieved to see how easy it is to factor fitness as a priority, and Brady has tailored a program that allows me to have the best of both worlds! I have been amazed at how my strength has improved, while slowly seeing improvements physically without having to change too much of my diet! I have been going to Brady for about 7 months. I find Brady to be very professional, encouraging and supportive. He is very easy to talk to and he listens to your needs. I am in my 50's and Brady has been very good at tailoring a program to suit my body and is very good at adapting the program depending on how my body/ joints are doing on the day. His facilities are great and the classes are fun/ interactive and very effective. I highly recommend BradyJames PT

I was inspired by the incredible results my son and his partner have had by committing to a sustainable and achievable program with Brady. I really needed someone to help me to chip away consistently and in a supportive environment that suited me rather than feel lost amongst the crowd in a large gym setting. I am very proud of myself for sticking to what Brady has set for me and I am feeling better than I have in years in just a couple of months. For the first time in my life I am looking after myself properly. Thanks Brady for checking in and cheering me on and for really creating a program that includes weight loss and muscle strength that I can commit to and that is realistic for my age and ability. I recommend Brady to anyone who feels they need to just start at the beginning and take it slow- especially office workers who have lost their strength and gained a belly. He constantly tweaks the program to make sure it is effective and working for me and I have never felt like I couldn't face any of the suggestions he's provided. He's very good at what he does and it is never too late to start.

Been training with Brady for 4 months in group strength training. Have more than doubled my strength without a hint of injury. Brady ensures you are are lifting weights correctly and slowly builds you up. Great guy, very encouraging, love it.

I've been training with Brady for 3-4 months now, and in that time he's helped me make significant progress dropping weight and improving my strength.What's impressed me is his focus on ensuring my lifestyle changes and new habits are sustainable and long term. Brady also does a great job keeping me accountable, and I find regular check ins with him very helpful.Brady is friendly and personable, pushing me among when I need it, and cutting me just a little slack on bad days.I would (and have) recommended Brady to people looking for help making real lifestyle changes.

I’ve been seeing Brady for 3-4 months and he has been so helpful! I initially signed up for help with recovery from a knee injury. Brady is really knowledgeable and I’ve appreciated how he has tailored my program to my specific goal. Brady has also helped me develop consistency with my exercise and his check-ins throughout the week always helped me feel more motivated. I have been training with Brady for around 4 months now, both group sessions and PT. He is not only professional, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable but he is also one of the most friendly and easy to get along people I have met.I have always struggled with consistency and motivation until I started training with Brady, and have definitely noticed myself getting stronger and feeling more confident each week. Safe to say, Brady has definitely helped me to not hate the gym!!Highly recommend
