Wouldn’t accept a simple refund of an item that we had not event used

The store is clean and have a variety of stock . There were not many staff around to ask for assistance , may be because we came in the last hour they opened .

We paid extra for fast delivery for our order. Driver sent to the wrong address and parcel gone missing. They immediately sent another parcel to me, no question asked and I didn’t need to wait for long.Great service!!Thanks for the team!!

CW essentially want you to have the same experience in every store. Squashed aisles and slow for staff to help with enquiries. Best order online and do click and collect. Limited street parking, much easier to access via bus

Came in tonight to look for a product wasn’t on the shelves so I asked someone for help and was served by Joshua who went above and beyond to find the product for me! The BEST customer service I’ve ever received! Thanks Joshua!!! You’re a legend!

BEWARE!.. of the NO RETURNS POLICY!!NO Ccustomer satisfaction policy either no matter how much you buy! Or how many years you’ve been buying from them!Selfish no regard for the customer attitude!!!…. I tried to return a product which I only just purchased the night before the product went from their warehouse to my fridge at air conditioning temperature straight back to the warehouse… they showed absolutely no interest whatsoever in allowing me to return this product because that’s their policy policy that they showed me on display in the usual fine print that these policies are in I simply recommended that they maybe have a larger sign so that more people like me who has been purchasing products from them since they opened and for the last 40 years was not aware of so if I didn’t notice it maybe some other people aren’t aware of it either and perhaps a larger sign would help this matter but they were not interested in listening to me it got to the point where I was almost shouting at them until they said they would call the police that they finally listen to me and said we will take note of this and tell our superiors but it took 15 minutes of a lot of aggravation to achieve this result!!.. absolutely disgusted!!.. Very upsetting! And not necessary!What a power hungry monopoly these people are I have now discovered! It’s difficult to shop elsewhere with their prices(And they know this) if you are poor like me you very sadly don’t have much choice but I will take it upon myself as much as possible in the future to avoid purchasing products from them if I can get them somewhere else at a similar price even if I have to pay a little bit more it’s worth it so that these monopoly mongrels don’t get their way!! Try little tree pharmacy next to Domino’s and see Ray 14 days return policy and a much much much much friendlier nicer kind attitude …highly recommended!6 Stars!

Best experience from any Chemist warehouse I’ve been to.From the moment I walked I was warmly greeted to then being asked if I needed assistance by another friendly staff member, within a minute of entering the store.I was completely blown away!Thank you!

Poor customer service. I politely asked a staff member if she could check the price on 2 items for me as the price tags were not listed. She let out a big sigh and then asked if those were the only items I wanted to check on as she had to take them to the counter. Seemed as if I had made such a big inconvenience for her.

Cheap prices, yet excellent services. My parents had an issue with a script and the pharmacist Daniel helped me out really well. They seem to be really busy but the staffs were all nice. Will always come here for scripts and consults. Thanks for your help

Got a vaccine script filled, didn’t tell me it had to be refrigerated, now it’s spoiled and I have to get another script… lucky I realised before getting it injected…
