I love coming to Hurstville Aquatic Leisure Centre. It has all of the facilities I need in one place. I come here for swimming, using the gym, swimming lessons for my children and use their creshe for my kids. It's a clean facility with helpful and friendly staff. I'm so glad I signed up to become a member.

Indoor swimming facilities, nicely spread out to avoid crowding, with tiered seating alongside to main pool, and some more seating on the far end of the shallow teaching pool. The graded children's pool has the disabled access, an island, and two waterslides that I've never seen in use. Spa baths and saunas are also available, and in the antrim is a cafeteria with table seating. Separate gym and fitness facilities are beyond the glass doors, in the opposite direction.Being a community pool, this is where everyone comes for swimming lessons, lap training, rehabilitation exercises, and aqua aerobics. Parking is at a premium. This centre is very popular, therefore, extremely busy, regardless of the time of day. The metal roofing creates a constant echo of every voice and splash.Cleaning of the changerooms should be constant with the volume of traffic the centre experiences, but this only happens after hours. I witnessed a new staff orientation tour, where the preceptor stated, Thankfully the grouting it dark

The centre should keep us the hygiene standard. I pay extra for spa n sauna but the place can be crowded with people who don't pay extra for sauna by looking at no band on their wrist. The Manager doesn't manage this place well compare to Bexley one and they should keep someone to control sauna place from time to time to check if anyone who don't pay for the utility should leave with warning so they won't do it again. Good place but with not good management and poor hygiene.

Friendly community gym and leisure centre, welcoming staff who are always helpful. Great range of classes and excellent opening hours catering for those who need to get in and exercise before work, along with those that can only make it in late at night. Wide variety of gym equipment.

Absolutely disgusted with the cleanliness in this place! The girls changing room was FULL of hair, the shower cubicles were slimy, toilets full of tissue and refuse scattered all around, cockroaches on the floor, rusted lockers, used plasters in the grids of the pool areas and crushed cans scattered around the pool area, don’t know how these guys can stay open and charge the prices they do with a straight face! It’s the same price as the premium virgin active for monthly! Outrageous and vile place to come to ‘relax’ spoke to the shift leader who stated it’s not their job to clean, and they don’t have cleaners, absolutely vile. if you do end up going bring some bloody thongs and a load of antibacterial to clean yourself after.. if the chemicals haven’t burnt your skin off from being in the pool for 3 minutes! Definitely made my eyes water. Won’t ever return. Shame on you.

This is feedback for:1. STRIKE INDOOR SOCCER2. Bathrooms/shower cleanliness1. I would not recommend sending any young children to their school holiday camp. Although Strike Indoor Soccer separates the group by age, they didn't really give any attention to young kids aged 6 and below. Nor did they try to engage the younger kids. I saw my kid sat on the bench for more than an hour watching others play. My kid wasn't even encouraged to join the game. When i asked my kid whether he kicked the soccer ball today, he said rarely. That's very disappointing for a parent to hear when they sent their kid there for the one day camp 9am-3pm.Moreover, his lunch bag and personal bag including his water bottle had his up and go spilled over it. Surely, an adult would think to help a youth to clean it up- than wait until the parent comes at 3pm to collect the kid with soggy food, and wet lunch bag and soccer bag. However, I'm giving it more than 1 star because at least the coaches appear to be polite and kind, and I acknowledge that it's not an easy job to look after so many kids- but seriously, don't offer this program to young kids if you're not going to actively and creatively think of ways to engage them. I'm very disappointed with Strike Indoor Soccer.2. Hurstville Aquatic Center shower facilities need to improve and provide warmer shower facilities for kids to have their shower and get dressed. The floors and walls were slimey. Very unpleasant. Again, giving it more than 1star because at least the staff who greeted us at the entrance were friendly and polite.

One Star! Extremely Poor hygiene. Stuff really should take better control of the sauna area. I have seen someone scrape dead skin from their feet using a plastic gym card while in the steam room and I have seen someone cut their nails!!!!. People drink from their water bottles and then poor water on the hot stone using the same water bottle which is not hygienic. I see alot of people who dont pay aswell and sneak in without wristbands. I will not be going back to this place. It seems that the stuff dont care or just can't control the place.

It is quite hectic in many different ways;1- so many people but only 3 lanes were open to public so it was chaotic with the slow-medium-fast lanes.2- people were using foot and hand equipment to make them go faster and one of them smacked my head with it, I don't get how and why they would allow those...3- Sauna is really not that warm, you would barely sweat in there...4- the steam room was actually really nice until someone decided to put some menthol liqiud on the steam machine which made it super intense, even tho there are signs for it, nobody enforces the rules at all.5- you pay extra to be able to enjoy the sauna and steam rooms to get a bracelet but almost everyone who were in there didn't have the bracelets, so paying extra wasn't necessary, made me feel bad for paying extra...Over all, I wouldn't be able say that you will get your moneys worth if you go there.
