These guys have no idea what customer service is.Product paid for in full, had to ring several times to find out when sandstone would be delivered. Not delivered when told it would be on several occasions, finally a week latter. My order of b+ blocks damaged on delivery, told it was my problem, should have asked for flat bed delivery.Second delivery, had to ring several times to find out when it was being delivered only to be told it wasn't coming when promised, this being two weeks after payment and being told product was In Stock".Amazingly the second delivery was coming on a flat bed that the first blocks could have come on and saved the damage.Asked for refund of second delivery as they could not supply when promised.Refund took over a week and was hundreds of dollars short of what should have been refunded."

Unfortunately not a good experience. We ordered steps and a letter box. We were told that because we were particular with the colour stone that we may have to wait. Which we were happy to do. 6months later, we finally got the steps (although with chips in it) and no letterbox with a full refund. Whilst customer service were pleasant to deal with, each time we called we received a different reason as to why we hadn’t received our order. At one stage they said they had it waiting to be delivered, then the following day said they couldn’t complete the order. The company has no idea what’s going on.

Trying to get communication from this business is a nightmare. I am just trying to get a large delivery of sandstone gravel and I just get ignored. My emails wanting to place an order go unanswered. I have ordered gravel from them before and that transaction was also close to impossible. I just wish I could place an order, pay an invoice, book a delivery date and receive my order. Is it really that difficult?

AVOID!!!!!Absolutely disgraceful business.Visited onsite and ordered blocks, pavers and a mailbox. Mailbox was purchased sight unseen, owner promised to forward us pictures. They never came.Deposit was paid after the quotes were emailed, zero communication, zero receipt of payment.Between my husband and myself at least 10 phone calls were made over the course of many weeks to attempt to align delivery with a bobcat, and to get mailbox dimensions to prepare a slab. Calls were either never returned or only vague explanations of when the products would be available were given. We waited, and waited.Out of the blue we received a call from a delivery contractor that he was 5 minutes away with our (partial) product delivery. Zero notice given. I had to race home from the city to meet him. The invoice was immediately emailed, and it was immediately paid. No receipt was ever issued. Again nothing but crickets about the remaining order.Weeks later an invoice marked overdue arrived in my inbox for the remainder of our products - without delivery or contact.Again I called the office, yes the products are now ready. “Just pay the invoice, and then you have to wait for our delivery contractors because we never know when they will collect it, maybe this week, maybe early next week”. I paid the invoice in full immediately and confirmed that the office staff would be in contact.Again, crickets, nada, nothing.I called the office back the following week, the office worker proceeded to again blame the delivery contractor because “we just never know what they’re doing”.At this point I had well and truly had enough and got the business owner on the phone. I wanted a refund or my products delivered. Owner arranged for delivery of the remainder of our order that afternoon, so I went home and waited. The truck arrived late afternoon, missing the mailbox! Unbelievable! Attempted calling two contact numbers, including the owners mobile. Calls not returned.My husband called the office again the following day to be fed a load of rubbish that it was again the contractors error, two deliveries were supposed to be made. However I had already spoken to the delivery driver, he had absolutely no knowledge of any mailbox delivery (confirmed again with the delivery company today).So again I am sitting at home today awaiting a delivery.Avoid this business like the plague! The process has been exhausting and stressful. Staff are either unwilling or unable to complete basic administrative tasks, and the owner seems happy to shirk the blame to anyone except himself.Edit: My letterbox arrived today. Please see the picture of what we paid handsomely for, and the sample we ordered from taken from their Facebook page. To me it appears to be square with a corner broken off, if that's freeform. I've taken it because the thought of dealing with this business again gives me nightmares. You have been warned.Since I posted this review today a random 5 star review with no content has been added. PATHETIC!!! Get your business in order and you won't have to post fake ratings to cover your tracks.

Ordered sandstone stairs and mailbox, arrived in excellent condition, exactly what we asked for. Exceptional service. Highly recommend.

An amazing place with a massive range you can walk around and pick and choose from the stock on display.Ian was friendly on arrival and came out to greet us then let us walk around to select our stones.The best thing is that If you find something on display they can mix and match and even cut the stone for your order.I would highly recommend this place if you are needing a unique feature stone, pavers, bird bath, gravels or a garden seat.Keep up the great service guys.
