Telstra Bundaberg Hinkler

I have had two visits to Telstra at Hinkler Shopping Centre. I would like to congratulate the young female blonde employee for being the worst customer service employee I have ever encountered. Not only smug and smart mouthed with sarcasm but then points me in the direction of Optus because she was too busy and her assistant was going home early. Absolute joke and about time Telstra senior management looked into this store. I will be canceling all my Telstra business and personal accounts over to a competitor. My total spend with Telstra each year is over $75,000 between my business and personal accounts. So angry with the attitude as so many others have indicated on past reviews.

Workers there have the personality of a postage stamp. Like the company they work for, they don't care about their customers. Save yourself the time go elsewhere.

Completely unhelpfully and I can honestly say telstra is a cowboy outfit and if I have 1 more issue with this poor excuse for a telecommunication company I will finish with them for ever and I will tell everyone I know not to have anything to do with them . They are byfar the worst I have ever dealt with anywhere on the planet I have lived in Canada, USA. England ,Scotland ,Thailand , and never had any issues with telecommunication company's as much as telstra Australia I'm disgusted and very disappointed.

Tiara and Jo at Telstra were lovely and helped me sort out my NBN upgrade, Even when i had a few issues with providing the right info they were super friendly and got me sorted in the end.Thanks again for all your help!

Terrible customer service by Ashley. Time for training and to learn how to speak calmly and not aggressively to customers. I was already told by locals to go to sugarlands but unfortunately I live closer to Hinkler.

Worst customer service ever.Manager is so rude. If this reaches to Telstra management please take necessary step to improve your store reputation.People have got no option to use Telstra if they living regional or bush and store like this take advantage of this, as you have to deal with them at end of the day. I wish area manager reads this post and contacts and make necessary changes. 2.9 google reviews are for a reason.Manager had the audacity to raise his voice front of other people while i was trying to explain her the situation and while asking area managers name she had the audacity to call security as it was 5:29 pm Friday evening and she wanted to leave. Having personal and business account with Telstra, paying $700/ month and this is how they treat you. I wish we had better network option here.It has given me such bad anxiety, dealing with such bunch of people who does not want to work. Standing in store for 20 mins without acknowledgment while staff member are joking around and doing paper work on computer just because customer in store is not a priority for them.

Need to update your business hours! Checked online, says you're open until 5.30. Arrive at 5.10pm rushing like mad from work because i desperately need a new phone and doors shut. The sign in the shop also says 5.30. Very poor! I was wanting to move from Optus but it seems there are no good choices..

Poor Customer Service experienced today at Telstra Hinkler. My husband was informed upon arrival that they would not see him, as they were only taking bookings (however, the shop was empty). Telstra Australia was also not helpful, as they would put him into a waiting service and then it would time out and send him to message bank. Neither Bundaberg Store or Telstra Australia could help him with his problem today. The 'Waiting Service' did not phone him back. And the store would not assist him unless he made a booking.

Dean wasn’t interested in helping me with my enquiry today and told me to make an appointment online. My enquiry was asking if the mobile I purchased from Bundy store was linked to my Telstra rewards I thought a very straight forward request. Now upon entry there were no customers in store. I then looked up to where all staff members were and they were huddled together in the very last seating bay out of site. Upon seeing me one took off out the back and Dean ignored my presence until I had to walk to where they were all seating. Dean flogged me off and just refused to help me. I was extremely dissatisfied even when I said to him why won't you help me when no other customers are here and staff just sitting around talking to each other? It made no difference and I wondered how many other customers have been greeted with the same response? I strongly recommend you review CCTV footage to support my complaint today. Needless to say I still have the problem I went in with.Big disappointment!

Arrived at store to be told I need an appointment. Only wanted to buy a dongle. Went onto their queue system. Over 3 hours later they called to say they were ready. Only went to store because there was a fault with their internet. Very poor service, if they were a small business they would be bankruptOnly gave 1 star because it won't let me leave no stars
