Really fast acting and excellent customer service. I had an issue with my order (due to pre-orders and shipping), so I sent an email around 6 o'clock in the evening, the next morning someone already figured out the issue and offered to rectify the issue.

I wanted some new dice and Good Games was the only place that had the specific design in stock (and wasn't Amazon). The dice ended up being cheaper and arrived quicker through Good Games than what other retailers could have done.

So easy to buy. If you have a problem the staff help you so fast. Expensive cards arrive pretty secure, inside hard sleeves. I’m so happy with good games.

Great in the fact they had cards I wanted. Items were picked and issued a tracking number by the following evening. 2 days later and it seems they have not sent the package to auspost as the item has yet to be scanned by their end. Would not have bothered paying for express post if I knew this. Will just purchase from my normal store who i know posts same day and will just wait for cards I need from them.

The package arrived quickly and in excellent condition ! My only not so good comment would be I was expecting a few more high level collectable cards . However , one has to expect that depends on the luck of the draw , so to speak .

I had an excellent experience buying online from Good Games.Package arrived quickly and in pristine condition.I'm fairly new to board/tabletop gaming and really looking forward to learning the game mechanics.I live in the Gold Coast, so I'm definitely looking forward to visiting the local store for the first time and buying from Good Game again.
