The new management of this post office is amazing. The shop looks fresh and clean. The greeting from the staff is amazing too. I don’t live around but I went to this post office to submit my passport documents on the way to go to wollongong. they delivered the required services on time and assisted me with my passport application very quickly. Well done new team!!!

Worst customer service! If you don’t like helping the community, get out of customer service! Rude, unhelpful and obnoxious! I’ll travel to Thirroul or Wollongong before I go back. The young girl with the piercings is smug and has a massive attitude problem.

Besides all the clutter and lack of room to actually move, due to toys and non related items all over the place,The team behind the counter have no sense of urgency.. They can't seem to keep up with the flow of people. Generally a very disorganised business.
