Doctors and most staff are amazing. I will say the receptionist I think her name was PAM, she was really rude. Her attitude is appalling and she should be told to respect the patients that walk through the doors. But like I said everyone else is amazing.

Rubbish, waited over 2 hours for my appointment and wasn’t told there would be a wait time. Staff was rude.

I Waite over an hour and 15 minutes was told several times I was next when I expressed to reception I was on break from lunch and needed to get back and she told me I was next only for the doctor to then come out and call someone who had been there for 10 minutes.I asked if I could make it a phone appointment to which I was told nah he doesn’t really do phone appointments.The complete lack of communication or care from the receptionist also didn’t helpMy appointment would have taken 5 minutes, I was not seen as I was completely skipped and couldn’t wait another hour.Since they are no longer a free clinic can we bill them for completely wasting our time.

The worst medical clinic in Bendigo. Only in operation because they bulk bill. Do not even try to stick to appointment times. Have frequently been kept waiting 40+ minutes despite phoning ahead and being assured the dr was running on time. Occasionally rude and apathetic staff.Avoid at all costs. Go to a different clinic even if you have to pay. I certainly will be.

Doctor was absolutely awful. Missed my appointment and had me waiting close to two hours. No apology. Barely spoke two words during the consultation.

Recent Months - (new phone service 2019)Wait times to Just get through to clinic, on average 9/10 times you always start as position 10, it is a min of 15-20 mins to get through, regardless of the time of day.Either go back to your old system if it glitches or hire More staff!!! Admin and Drs.I've had to call head office in Mildura to either cancel or book an appointment due to being caught on loop, they have been non the wiser of course.2nd why does Tri star Just continue to keep books open? Making waits of several days to get into a GP.Are you a GP walk through or are your Drs suppose to manage?!

Have a bizarre experience. Receptionist i talked to is very rude . Good and helpful GPs but front lacking respect to people could be huge loss to this clinic .Not recommended at all

I wanted to call to book an appointment anyway better off killing myself than doing an online booking thanks.

Always waiting minimum 30 minutes to get a 5 minute consultation, Dr Shaibal is rude and lazy. None of the doctors care enough about holistic care and tend to write a script and kick you out the door. It took 4 appointments to write up a mental health plan that has inaccurate information (dr wasn't listening and made up answers to questions he didn't even ask me) I'm very upset by the lack of care and effort.
