Finding the right vet is very important to us pet owners. My cat is more than just a cat and having her looked after is the most important decision in which vet to use. Never been more impressed with everything explained and every decision made for the care of your pet. A dedicated room for cats and another for dogs, so the animals can relax. If you want the best vet, you can't go past this vet. Unlike the bigger vets, you will see the vet and build up a great relationship. He cares about animals, not like the bigger ones where it's just money. So glad we found him as I've never met anyone like him.

Got a quote for desex for our female dog, quote that did NOT include fluids as an option. I thought to myself it must be part of it, comparing with other quotes.I've decided to go ahead with their quote, since I felt they will give personal treatment as a small place, which they did, but the cost was not as expected, not all was quoted.Just before the surgery, the Dr told me there is an extra cost for fluids and instead of $250 it is $127 since it's for desex and it would be much easier for the dog during and after the surgery!"

Went here for an emergency for my sister's dog. I looked online to see who was open at the time, called them 6 times and no answers--as I was on my way there-- when I arrived all signage outside the building said it was open! I went to open the door and it was locked. I knocked and nothing.Really bad service! If they were actually closed, why were all the signage saying they were open??Just go to the vet hospital on princes hwy. So much better there!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rung up just to get my pets microchip scanned so I could get the number to register her and was told that unless I could prove it was my dog they couldn't do anything, even though I have photos of her since she was a puppy. Very bad customer service. All other vets happy to do it. Highly recommend going anywhere else but here

We went here for a while - for our two dogs at the time, we spent $900 for a couple stitches, one dog was $350 for shots, examinations, medication and the problems still were existent - all it took was a worming tablet.These are two out of MANY instances..Haven’t gotten around to posting until now because I’ve been so shocked with the service and reasonable pricing of a couple other vets in this area…We have payed less money on 5 visits at our new vet, than the cheapest from this vet clinic. Lovely people but stupidly priced, a bit too much guys.. lost a loyal client/s.

Wonderful place to take your pet to. Dr Vadi is a very nice kind person. The nurse is also very good.
