Absolutely fantastic company. I have used their home visit to repair my laptop as well as calling them in desperate times with software problems and on every occasion the person who has served has been brilliant. While I can make my way around a computer, I have limitations, and these guys are knowledgeable, professional and know how to talk with non-nerd people. They go above and beyond assisting people with their tech issues.

Rob was a legend! He upgraded my laptop RAM, formatted HD and SSD, and got a new battery. Always keeping me on the loop of where parts were and making sure I had any queries. Already recommended NN to some guys at work :)

Excellent service fixing my laptop. I was only in Sydney for a week so they made sure to have everything ordered and fixed in time and were super helpful with updating me. Amazing customer service and my laptop is as good as new for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with Rob from nimble nerds he was very professional and spoke to me in a way I could understand the issue. Fixed my problem within a couple of days. And was there for me when I had another issue that needed fixing. I will recommend this company.

Thank you Nimble Nerds for making my laptop purchase the easiest it could possibly be. Rob found me a good deal on a second hand laptop, recommended and installed all the upgrades for my needs and to keep it lasting a long time and delivered it to my door - all within a few days. Smoothest process ever. The laptop is still running perfectly months on, as I suspect it will for some time. Rob has my full trust and I couldn't recommend Nimble nerds any more highly.
