I cannot recommend Sysnex Systems enough. I was told of this business from a friend who had a great experience previously. I was after a high-end gaming machine and simply called up. Spoke with Levi who gave me excellent advice with the build and made sure I was building a pc appropriate for my needs and my budget. He was quite genuine and told me when I was aiming too high or too low for my needs. After a small chat he came back with a quote that was exceptionally well priced. He then made sure to give me regular updates towards the build progress and it was delivered to my door in a timely manner. Levi was nice and professional and made sure I was involved the whole time. I cannot stress how easy the process was and how happy I am with my pc. I will be using Sysnex Systems for my future upgrades and I highly suggest you do the same if you want a flawless experience.

Bought a 4k Gaming Computer Nov 2020 (A year ago). Levi and his team have been nothing less than excellent! From the quick turnaround of the system, after sale customer service, he and his team have been outstanding. Even none related PC build and just general software questions, they are more than happy to help. In addition, an issue has come up almost a year later (Nov 2021) and Levi has told me to bring the system for inspection, he went above and beyond, I got to the shop and he immediately worked on it and had it repaired within an hour (Faulty part). I come from a 2 hour drive so having him repair on arrival was very convenient for me as I wouldn’t have to travel back. I got to the shop 30 mins before closing to drop it off but he offered to fix it straight away. He stayed back to fix it and run some test. I would come back here any day simply because of the customer service before, during and after sale! This is not a company that takes your money and forgets about you! They value each customer! Would recommend to anyone building or buying a PC! You are not going to regret it!

Purchased the mid level PC gaming desktop from Sysnex. Only good things to say about the service and PC itself.The PC was setup and ready to go.As with any new PC .There were a few issues I had with Windows and my Pcie card that I had installed myself.The team helped me troubleshoot these issues very promptly and without further cost.Highly recommended.
