Always having nicely done displays and bunches made up and friendly staff that is willing to go the extra mile and there for the advise you want. Last flowers lastet quiet a while and seemed to be fresh and gave me some browny points with the missus.

Your Favourite Florist came to our rescue 28 December 2017 when another florist badly let us down with flowers that could not be used for the intended purpose. The family had not used Your Family Florist previously because the shop is a little out of our way. However because they provided a service over and above what could be expected, they will be our first choice in the future.Highly recommended, great service, caring and understanding. Well done

Very very disappointed on 12/02/2021 I order a birthday basket costing 99.00 delivered to Engadine with Steve I specifically made the point that I did not want them delivered on Valentine day but Monday 15/02 the day after. when I contacted my friend Monday evening they had not received them.On Tuesday I contacted Steve and after a heated conversation where he tried to claim it was my fault he agreed to my request to cancel the order and credit my account. To my surprise my friend rang me Tuesday night to thank me for the flowers had arrived a day after her birthday which had spoiled the surprise contrary to what Steve had agreed to and no credit has been received. As a resident of Loftus I will be avoiding this business in future and suggesting my friends do the same.

Received a beautiful arrangement of flowers recently, they were so fresh and lasted ages. Would highly recommend.

After having very disappointing flowers delivered for my wedding reception the day beforehand, your favourite florist saved the day by creating floral table arrangements and my bouquet in a matter of hours before my wedding. I ordered some flowers for my sister, who was in lockdown for her birthday. I described what I thought my sister would like, and Your Favourite Florist" absolutely nailed it! It is always a worry when you order flowers
