Social media was my first point of contact with these guys, from there they put a price together in an invoice and had it emailed to me very promptly.I then made a phone call to have a chat with them and the service was A1 over the phone and just as good when i went in store...Not only did they have my order ready to go but also gave me a free merch pack to go along with my new saw. Thanks alot for the great service guys. I will be back 10/10 would recommend

Ok! Tried two other places and got below average service, came to VC traders, and got good service, but it we were there 20 minutes before closing and felt like we were a nuisance.

I recently contacted VC in search of parts for a John Deere ride on, so I could replace and service it this weekend.I emailed from the website, and Simon promptly replied to my query. Simon emailed back parts numbers and prices. From here, these were put aside to make for easy collection. All the parts I requested were in stock and were a great price. Regardless of the cost, I am always willing to pay a little extra to support a local business and for the prompt service I was given.I will be going back when something else breaks or needs replacing, and that might be sooner rather than later.The big dog and the little dog that greet you upon arrival also get a 10/10 from me. Very very friendly and loved a belly scratch. I'll be looking forward to their attention when I visit again.Great local business to support!
