I have been attending yoga classes with Shaktiprem for many years. No matter how busy/stressed I felt - I would not miss this class - it would restore my calm and I would feel at peace for the whole class. Shaktiprem is a wonderful teacher and guide - and allows you to do the practise within you ability. Great class if you are wanting to start introducing yoga to your wellness routine. Highly recommended.

I have had many massages over the years both here and Brisbane and abroad and I must say that Shaktiprem is up with the best of them. Professional from the start, and with the exact amount of pressure she intuitively knew which areas needed the most work on and I literally floated out of there. Though not with out rebooking again. I've been a client of this business for 10 years. Shaktiprem is a very accomplished yoga teacher who is remarkably adaptable in identifying each person's skill level and level of physical flexibility and guiding each member of the class to achieve their potential. As a masseuse, she tailors her therapies to each person's needs on each occasion. She has a talent for locating the problem areas (even, on aoccasions, when you don't yet know where they are yourself!)

I have participated in Shaktiprem's rejuvenating yoga classes, been on both a two day and a week-long blissful retreat and have enjoyed her massages. In each of these areas she shows professionalism, excellent knowledge and experience. However, what I love most is Shaktiprem's caring and nurturing approach, dedication, sense of humor, and exceptional intuition in knowing exactly where to focus her attention. 5 stars every time!
