What an amazing place with amazing practitioners.Laura (naturopath) is professional, caring and incredibly helpful. She helped me with a gut related skin condition and had results in less than two weeks. INCREDIBLE.Tara (osteopath) has basically cured my headaches. Though it's a long road, Tara provided relief, information and a plan as soon as I saw her.I can only assume all the other practitioners in this space are as amazing as these two.Thank you!

I have been seeing Tara Neyland for nearly two years now. She is the an amazing Osteopath who has a great knowledge regarding women’s health. I could not have lived without her during my aches and pains of my third pregnancy. She is not only a great practitioner she is also a beautiful human. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I highly recommend booking in with Ambre for a shiatsu appointment. I had such a wonderful experience with her as my practitioner. Ambre was very kind, attentive, nurturing and knowledgeable. She was very warm and inviting during my appointment, always acknowledging my concerns with care and guiding me through her recommended course of treatment. I left feeling very relaxed and centred when my appointment was done. The treatment space is also very beautiful and relaxing and I easily found parking out the front.

After weeks working from home and getting worse and worse neck/back pain, I finally decided to book in for my first ever remedial massage with Georgina Hewlett. So glad I did!!! The massage itself was great and really helped with my back pain. What I wasn't expecting was all the extra care and support - Georgie was really accommodating and thoughful, listened attentively to my issues, and provided me with valuable advice and resources to help address these issues in future. The staff at Aēsara were also lovely and the space is beautiful. I willl definitely be going back!

Wanted to leave a shout-out here for Dr Tara Neyland. Tara has been helping me recover from a neck injury and in my return to fitness. Throughout the process I've consistently left my appointments feeling lighter in both body and mind.There's no doubt Tara is an expert in her field from a physical perspective. The treatments are always spot-on and somehow Tara is able to identify any problematic areas and help to improve them - related to my specific injury or otherwise.What I wasn't expecting was the mental assistance that Tara also provides. Recovering from an injury can be challenging and Tara is more than happy to listen and reflect on the journey - judgement free. Tara then offers helpful advice and perspective.I'd not hesitate in recommending Tara to anyone who is looking for a bit of assistance. Injury not required!

Loved seeing Leila for my digestion issues, she came up with a detail plan which I committed to and saw results over time. We got to the bottom of a lot of issues her knowledge is phenomenal about the gut. I loved that Leila can incorporate Reiki also into your appointments which help relieve any stress and emotions that are there which all help you understand youself a lot more and make your sessions a complexte holistic approach. Wonderful modern naturopathic practise using the latest technology and ancient practises together. X
