Went here to arrange mum’s cremation. Staff member we dealt with initially was quite abrupt at times, and this should have warned us of what was to come. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting lack of empathy. Dad had passed 4 month previously and we asked and paid for his ashes to be put in a scattering tube like mum, so that we could scatter his and mum’s ashes at the same time. This and other requests were documented on the paperwork we signed, none of which were carried out correctly. When it was time to collect their ashes (the day before the service), they had temporarily misplaced dad’s ashes and told us they had no record of receiving them, before locating and returning them to us. Both the scattering tubes were setup incorrectly, dad’s being completely sealed and mum’s setup upside down. They both failed to work as described, and had to be opened up. What was meant to be a loving farewell to our mum and dad became a traumatic experience for their children and grandchildren. Absolutely horrific. To add insult to injury, mum’s cremation was nearly double the cost of dad’s. When we complained, they could only offer a verbal apology and tried to shift the blame - no accountability. If I could leave ZERO STARS to write this review, I would. Do not trust your loved ones with these people.

I cant fault the cleanliness of the room for my Mothers service, nor the crisp suit that was worn by the director.I can however not comprehend the lack of proffesional, prompt administration duties in lodging my mothers death certificate for close to 1 month..and I only came across this negligence by phoning to check the delay in receiving such an important document myself.Needless to say, this unforgiving incident has slowed the already tedious task of sorting out an estate.Sometimes sorry is not satisfactory when operating a business such as this.In writing this I still have not received the certificate heres hoping it is not another month.Dorothys daughter,Zoe.

Staff were very professional and caring especially Lorraine.They took care of all the little details that made our mother's funeral a wonderful celebration of her life. I would highly recommend them
