I found Ambrose excellent to deal with. They responded promptly when I had water pouring in from my roof, temporarily fixed the cracked roof tiles and then I had to have a professional roof tiler do the job. Ambrose sent a tradesmen to plaster and repaint my room after it was all dry. I thoroughly recommend them as the chap who did the work did an excellent job and left my house very clean afterwards.

The response and communication by all staff at Ambrose Building has been excellent. Where possible all work has been completed in a timely manner and any delays and all attendances at the site have been advised and coordinated well. It has been unfortunate that some replacement items have not been available in a similar timely manner as this has led to the full repair schedule blowing out considerably for what is effectively a rather small job.Perhaps the greatest single issue has been the unavailability of roof tiles to match the existing and the availability of roofing tilers to complete the work. The difficulty in sourcing matching tiles led to extended delays in having the tiles painted to match the existing tiles.Of all the work that has been completed perhaps our only issue is the fact that the whole roof section that was repaired has a lean towards the rear of the house. Whilst we have been advised that this was the case previously we feel that whilst these repairs were in progress every attempt should have been made to rectify any issues such as this that may have been existing prior to the event occurring. If such a lean had existed previously we had not noticed it and it was definitely not as significant as it now is.Many thanks to all the staff and external workers who have been involved in the repair works at our premises.Update: See the attached photos of my driveway to see just what Ambrose and their contractors can do for your property. And then not accept any responsibility. Perhaps I should lower the rating!!

We would like to thank Ambrose Construct for the very professional way that the whole repair was conducted. Mike was very professional and competent in the way he listened to what we wanted to say and explained the process. Dillon following up during the process was very much appreciated.Mike was extremely good in arranging the quotations for the repair by the various tradesmen and then arranging the sequencing and getting the tradesmen here when required. We could not have asked for any more professional tradesmen than those that Mike was able to organise and Mike following up to make sure it was happening as organised and in a timely manner.Overall

Sunny our supervisor from Ambrose was brilliant in facilitating trades to our Federation home in Coburg, displayed great customer skills and was very accommodating to our requirements. Special mention to trades who performed great work namely:Michael and Jack for cutting plaster and cleaning affected areas;Karam and Brett for restoring insulation, replastering and cleaning; Dean and David for exceptional preparation prior to completing painting to a very high standard; andLachy for his great electrical work. All trades were respectful of our wishes, great to deal with and would highly recommend to others.Great customer experience.

Communication was fantastic and I was always kept updated. Work was top quality. Trades people where all great to deal with and very accommodating. Extremely happy with the outcome. Project Manager Izaak was great to deal with, nothing was a problem for him to sort out and he is a great at trouble shooting.

Josh handled our claim with efficiency andprofessionalism. Always courteous and respectful at all times and kept up updated always. We had an unforeseen problem behind the walls however Josh took it in his stride and simplified the issue and managed us out of the concern.
