The man I dealt with was very nice and informative, but couldn't actually do anything for me. Had to go home and do it all online. Since when do we care so little for people.in need. And the lady at the front desk was rude and nasty

Made a report to the manger about the rude employee Olivia, manager was JUST AS RUDE AS STAFF and implied that I was lying and her staff wouldn't do that. Don't come to this Centrelink. Both had dismissed my medical condition and tried to say I was just looking to get out of work. HORRIFIC TREATMENT OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.

Treated rudely by staff. Only person who seemed to have any empathy was the security guard. Couldn't be further from social security.
