Had to remove a downpipe to make room for a new brick wall around the front of my house. The job wasn't urgent so I was happy to install a temporary plastic tube downpipe myself while they attended more urgent work. The quoted price seemed reasonable for altering the outlet of the gutter to cater for a new downpipe plus link it up to a new soakwell. As I was away working I requested a photo of the completion of the job along with the invoice which they provided.
