Steve fitted a towbar on my work vehicle today. Just awesome! Price and service were both impressive.After shopping around, this was by far the best value in Ballina to get my towbar fitted.Update:I only just noticed that when the wiring was done, he pulled all the plastics off and snapped all but two clips holding the panels in place. Obviously he knew he did this, would have preferred he told me and worked it out.

Steve at Ballina Suspension is a true professional. He did a top job upgrading the suspension of my new Dmax. He listened to my concerns, and worked around the issues to find the best solution to what i needed ie be able to accommodate for weight without too much lift. Top service!!!

Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, on budget.Very happy with my experience with these guys.Massive improvement on my iload.UpdateSuspension extremely squeaky and noisy since the work was done I’ve been back once to have it fixed which lasted two weeks, took it to my mechanic he told me it’s packed with grease between the leafs instead of rubber bushes, he said he is worried about the safety as the leafs are coming apart and supposed to be held together however they were heals together before. Looks like they just jammed two extra leaves in between existing and tried to put it all back together.I came to these guys for their expertise but I think I was duped into an inexperienced work shop technician pretending to know what they are doing. Next time don’t take the job or atleast be honest.

I enquired about getting suspension I sourced from the USA installed on my Ranger and I got a rather blunt & rude response that they are “not interested” in doing the work. A rather poor customer service experience!
