Worst customer service. Very rude and abnoxious. Lady did not allow me to speak, cut me off and was not listening. Spoke in her languageto her friend, very disrespectful. I did not receive a call or message that my alterations were ready to be picked. Been over 2 weeks. Though i visited to kindly follow yp given they were not answering calls. Lady blamed me for not checking my phone when I actually received nothing. And complained I didn't have my receipt when she easily found me in the system. She made a fuss for no reason.Will not go back and don't recommend

Very expensive and the lady is very rude. She was suppose to give back the jacket yesterday, but it wasn't yet ready when I went to pick it up today!! When I tried to help her look for my item, she responded so rudely!!

Great experience! They helped me with the fitting and also recommended good fitting for other types of clothes. Very helpful people. Must visit for any alterations and dry cleaning.
