Customer service second to none, Rich took the time to help go over his product and give honest feed back, not just looking for a sale. He has great experience and advise on what to use and why. The level of research he has put in to items prior to selling is a reflection of the service he wants to provide, I’m new to jigging but since getting in to it his products keep popping up with great results all over the internet. I will be a return customer for sure, not being a local tackle shop or being able to go in and look at products he made you feel comfortable buying over the internet or phone and you knew you were going to get exactly what you were looking for. packaging for shipping was done to ensure you got what you paid for without damage, absolutely awesome to see. Recently I was shared a link to elite tackle's website, all I can say is wow what a game changer. The jigs and rod that I purchased are high quality and second to none. Love them.The packaging for the post was excellent.Richard has everything online to be viewed and is happy to answer any question that is thrown his way, which is great as I can't get in to view the products as I live in Brisbane.I will certainly be using elite tackle in the future for all my tackle needs.
