Imagine this - Organised over 7 days in advance for classic windows to visit our property. I amself employed as a horticultural professional. I made myself available to honour the appointment despite the large amount of work I currently have outstanding. Anne Roberts didn't turn up nor neverbothered to call on the day. Waited around for over 4 hours. Didn't receive a call till nearly lunchtimethe next day. 2 calls placed to home line and mobile. No explanation on either one as to what had happened. Reply to email only said 'sorry we can't be of service to you' NOT sorry for non appearanceand waste of my important time. Unprofessional and disappointing behaviour. Totally warrantscathing remarks on any review forum. Looks and sounds like modern day snobbery.Pretentious organisation

I was struggling to find the right fabric for my romans in a few other curtain shops, and Ann came to my rescue. She knew exactly what fabric could work in my room, and interpreted the look I was trying to achieve. Mark was also very helpful in installing and measuring. It was a pleasure to deal with both of them, and I am so pleased with the result. I recommend Classic Windows for their service and expert knowledge.

Their advice and expertise is second to none and the care taken by both Mark and Ann to ensure we made the right choice was so appreciated. There is such a huge range in their lovely little shop that the only hard part about the decision to go with Classic was to narrow it down to one favourite. Would highly recommend this great local business and will use them again to complete our final room renovations in the near future.

I highly recommend this company (and already have to numerous people). From start to finish Mark and Anne were fantastic. When I received my quote on site Mark was very informative and friendly. Explained everything and gave me a quote on the spot. Once I went ahead with the quote, the blinds only took a few weeks to be ready. I had them booked in for a few weeks later. But than due to the stage 4 restrictions and my house being a new build, they fit me in before they stopped trading. Both Mark and the person who installed took their shoes off before entering the unit without being asked as well. With the amount of terrible tradies out there that I have experienced building my unit Classic Windows is a breath of fresh air and how all people should trade.Thank you!
