A beautiful area and I did really enjoy some of the walks we went on while there (especially the suspension bridge walk!), but found the Airwalk to be !extremely!overpriced. If I had my time again there’s no way in hell I would 1. drive so far out of my way for it, or 2. pay that much for the privilege to view mostly burnt trees. If you’re keen on seeing some actually gigantic trees I’d recommend the ‘tall trees walk’ At Mount Field National Park, it’s free and it will blow you away.

Loved this place. Spent three hours around and had so much fun! 2 swing bridges and one air walk and a short walk stopped for coffee and scones! Worth visiting.

Excellent, I read a few reviews on here where people moaned about the cost, ignore them. Given the remote location and what's on offer it's great value. Stunning scenery, friendly & attentive staff with a great cafe. I would highly recommend a visit

Beautiful place to visit, even if you don't want to do the sky walk. The staff were happy and friendly and more than willing to help. The coffee and food was first class for a tourist destination. All the buildings are new looking, clean and hygienic. All in all a great experience. The only down side to the visit was the $28 pp charge to do the sky walk, in my view only a tad over the top.

Beautiful. Airwalk was stunning. The walk along the river to swinging bridges is amazing and excellent experience. Must visit and must do while visiting Hobart.

we did the skywalk and the views were amazing! we also came at a later time so we had the whole area to ourselves. we also did the swinging bridges walk which was super fun! would recommend!

I don't think I saw it signed anywhere but the flying fox glider closes at 2:30, which means if you're not careful you miss out like we did. We did the rafting and after lunch there's no time to look around if you're not aware.That said everything else was great, and if you're concerned about the fire that went through a few years ago the forest, if not recovered, is still teeming with life. As bleak as it sounds some of the fire-damaged trunks are very interesting to look at and make you appreciate the appalling devastation uncontrolled bushfire can inflict.Be careful on the road in, we had a lyrebird(!!) run across about 30m in front of our car, a wondrous sight but I'd hate for something like that to be struck down like many a wallaby you see by someone not being attentive.

$80 for a family of five to do a short air walk, walk down the river, walk across 2 swinging bridges and then walk back up the river through the forest. And kids get to colour in a badge at the end. If you're all about supporting the locals, then go for it. If you like walking among the bushes, then this is your place. Not my cup of tea, but each to their own. The lady at the ticket booth was extremely helpful and very polite and friendly.

Great day out. Easy access, cheap tickets and a few different walks around the complex, not just the air walk. Fantastic wheelchair access, and they have a shuttle to the air walk for those less able. Very tranquil space, but with plenty of uninhibited Tasmanian wilderness.
