Repeatedly takes more money than advertised prices when paying in cash, also we didn't get any imo cards despite buying specifically for the promotion. Someone is pocketing change from the people paying cash. When we asked for the receipt it was conveniently to low on ink to read.

This Hungry Jacks is pretty standard when compared to others stores; same menu, same prices, same specials and promotions (Aquaman while we're here). It has a TV to watch, and an undercover out door eating area with 10 - 12 seats. The restaurant is clean, and the service is good. Toilets are also clean. Coffee rating is 3 out of 5 stars.

Every time I come here, without fail, no matter the time of day, I’m sent to the waiting bay for a ‘short wait’ and the food comes and is messy and cold 90% of the time anyway. Tried to overcome this by ordering on the app - exact same problem.Wraps and burgers seem to be getting smaller and smaller as well, but higher in price. Absolutely ridiculous.

Returned burger first time- it was cold, few minutes laterreturned new burger missing 2 key items, bacon & pineapple.Staff did not appear to be bothered. Very Poor effort, will never go to Waurn Ponds Hungry Jack's. Shocking!!
