The locksmith that we had couldn’t unlock our door for us and we had to call another locksmith who did an amazing job.Edit: I have since received a text from Penny (Go locksmith Perth). I appreciate her prompt response about my recent review and I am happy to change the review to 3 stars because I have learned that newish Lockwood doors are generally tricky doors to pick. I would appreciate Penny checking with us on the type of door we have so that we didn’t have to waste each other’s time. I would have given more stars if there was better explanation and communication from Lee. To be fair, Lee arrived within 10-15 mins and didn’t charge us any fees

Penny and Lee were very helpful and came out right away with an urgent situation. Lee managed to help resolved our issue quickly and we were just so grateful that he could come out right away. Tried multiple locksmiths before and was just turned down. Highly recommended and affordable too!

From the initial phone call to Penny to the professional and prompt service of Lee I highly recommend their service. I locked myself out of the house with a small puppy inside. It was late in the day and after finding a neighbour with a phone and yellow pages I managed to find Go Locksmiths. My neighbour has already taken their details as she was really impressed with their service, as I was. Thank you both.

I highly recommend this company! Rescued me quickly (less than 45 minutes) with unlocking windows, and teaching me the correct way to use the locks; my house is safer now, and I can access cool breezes and shut our stormy winds - thanks so much!

On the phone they were very precise in informing us the steps they will take to open our locked door and costs. Luckily we managed to get into the house before they came and cancelled. We offered to pay a call out fee but they refused. You have to appreciate a company who doesnt try to gouge you when you are in a tight spot.

Lee does an excellent job, is a wonderful person, and I highly recommend him.

pretty fast response for an after hours call out on Sunday night. I locked myself out of my apartment . I called Penn who said she could be there in 30mins. she arrived in 30 which is quick on Sunday night! they even stayed until I had found my keys, Penny and Lee deliver great customer service, are efficient and have competitive prices. Fantastic service. Got locks re - keyed in my new house and got expert advice and even went out of his way to adjust the door frame hole (very professionally done) where it was never quite aligned with lock so I no longer have to keep forcing the door to get the lock in. Thank you!
