Visited on Easter Sunday with 2 of my friends, absolutely loving the team at Chermside store. Belinda and Caroline were so energetic and full of passion. The best service I have received from a Lululemon store

Older staff should be told it’s not appropriate to guess people’s sizing in store especially when they’re incredibly inaccurate. I was looking at a pair of pants and she loudly guessed I was a 8-10 au when I corrected her and said I was actually a size 4 she looked me up and down again. I’m pretty immune to judgement however if this was another customer who had difficulty with their sizing they would be affected a lot worse.Next time how about you just ask the customer what size they usually wear instead of being a part-time psychic and guessing.

i had an amazing experience.i do not know anything about fitness clothing, and i asked a staff member ‘if i could buy a pair of black legging’, unaware of the complexities of that question.instead of ignoring me, as some stores have done.they helped me with so much kindness and enthusiasm!very happy with my visit!!

Very bad customer service. I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews but we’ve gone there more than 5 times and each visit the staff has been very unwelcoming.Some looks made me feel judged and just uneasy. In comparison to the Brisbane City and James Street store as well, I seem to notice that the range is not as wide. There aren’t as many designs and colours to choose from.I live close to Chermside so I hope that they will be a bit more welcoming next time.

I was visiting this Lululemon shop for some returns and to buy some new gym clothes and the way Megan (one of the ladies working there) helped me was absolutely exceptional and way beyond what I expected a shop to do with a customer. 5 star for her and the Lululemon brand.

Visited for the first time over the weekend and really appreciated how helpful all the staff were! Sarah was working the change rooms and was so full of energy and helpful without being pushy or trying to oversell you anything. I walked away very happy and with $330 worth of products lol

Best service from Lululemon store in Chermside. Caroline is so energetic and always provide great opinions. I saw her since Chermside store opened. She is the hands down the best educator I’ve ever seen.

Nice active wear range. Quality seems good. Not sure what sizes they go up to but would be nice if they also did 16 or 18 for women.
