Graeme recommended and sourced the laptop with all the specs my daughter specifically needed for her University course. It is blazingly fast and has HUGE RAM, all for a great price. Graeme also set up the computer, putting all the necessary software on it to protect it and made if work even better with the best Windows Software needed for her applications. SO good!Thanks Graeme!

Had Graham sort out a very complex software management issue where he had to deal extensively with off shore reps of large local Telco. An impossible task handled patiently and effectively. My laptop suddenly developed major network connectivity problems while trying to work from home. After seeing some of the positive reviews here, I dropped my laptop over to Graeme late afternoon and he had the problem fixed by 8am the next morning. Fantastic professional service with great communication throughout the process and all at an excellent price. I couldn't recommend his business highly enough and will certainly use his services again in the future if needed.

Do not recommend at all. Went in expecting him to help me fix my computer. He was manhandling my computer like it was a bit of timber on a worksite, he nearly dropped my less than 24 hour old 3060 ti off the top of my case, he then took my cooler off the cpu and just let it dangle, then opened the cpu socket and dropped the processor. He got thermal paste all over everything, he then also bent 3 pins in the process of trying to put the cpu back in while the pc was upright then, went on to tell me I broke it and believed that was the reason for my of not working. Really nice guy, but I really don’t recommend at all. Will not be going there again!
