My parents have the service for Greek channels for over 2 decades, good customer service always resolve any issues. Very reasonably priced services fantastic value!

Poor customer service, poor technical support ( pushed backed that we need a technican to fix SAT or cabling). Poor quality programs, constant pixelation of programs, high monthly prices for poor quality programs (constant and old repeats). Paid 6 months in advance and when cancelling - refused to refund. Even told us we would be charged for not returning the sim card. Oh please, do yourself a favour avoid TV Plus for Greek Programs, I will found other providers for greek programs for my elderly mum.

i CANCELLED SERVICE BEFORE DUE DATE, BILLS ARE MONTH IN ADVANCE. GREEDY LOW LIFE COMPANY WANTS ME TO PAY FOR ANOTHER MONTH BECAUSE THEY ALREADY CREATED AN INVOICE I WEEK AGO. NOT MY PROBLEM
