I have had the misfortune of using mismatched solar panels supplied by this company. When queried about how they would rectify the situation, they simply washed their hands and left me to chase the problem up with the manufacturer. Thankfully the manufacturer was able to rectify the situation, however this should not have been their burden to bear. In all my years in the electrical industry I have never had a wholesaler handle a situation so poorly. In the interest of full disclosure, the incorrect panels had all ready been installed, so a portion of the blame should go to myself for not checking properly; however as the panels were lifted into place at twilight, the discrepancy was hard to notice until the next morning. Not to mention, the installation was 150km away from the warehouse, costing me significant time and money to rectify, all of which onestop wanted nothing to do with. Could not recommend anyone use a company that is so poorly managed, and cares so little about the customers that are the reason for its existence.For context the reason the visual aspect of these panels was an issue is because these panels were visible from the balcony of the second story.

If you order anything from this business don't get them to send it directly to site, it will go missing or be sent elsewhere. Ordered and PAID for an inverter that was located interstate before Xmas, but their system did not recognise that it had been paid for and it was not despatched until after Xmas. Then it was sent to the incorrect address, when I had expressly stated the address it was to be sent to, my customer service officer did her best but the payment and communication between branches is disgraceful. This has now affected my client, my reputation and my CEC accreditation case study time line. Yes I have evidence to back this up.
