Hi all,I had engaged BuyEast's services in early 2023 and had exchanged Property Contracts just a few weeks afterwardsThis is a fairly lengthy review but I just want to provide context to the candid and professional delivery of their services.I am effectively a first home buyer and was scoping opportunities across the Eastern/Northern Beaches for a few months . I engaged a few Buyers Agents across the East, each having their own style and approach to engaging my prospective services.I met both Mark and Will for coffee for the initial introduction to BuyEast. Both great guys - they documented everything that I was looking for, what was important to me, timeframes and what the process looks like in scoping properties in and around the area. I engaged their services the day after meeting them.Straight away they made a series of calls going through my personal circumstances in more detail & introduced me to the wider team that helped me scope opportunities matching my requirements/budget.Within a few days I was receiving off-market & listed opportunities - and going to viewings organised by BuyEast. I am in Sales and familiar with the sales process but never once felt sold to... I was frequently told that there are no stupid questions and it's entirely my decision on how/when I want to engage. I was well informed on pro's & con's to each property and felt really empowered to make the right decision which is what it's all about.The negotiation process was quick and well documented and they have engaged me post-sale to make sure everything is ok.All-in-all, great guys personally and professionally.If you are decent on a personal level then that will be fairly reflected in a professional capacity and that's what BuyEast delivers, a personal & professional experience.If i'm in the market for a second property I will be absolutely looking to them again. We recently purchased our dream home in Woollahra through Will Hotson and Mark Cadry at Buy East. Despite buying and selling a number of properties in Sydney's eastern suburbs over the past decade, this was only the second time we had worked with a buyers' agent. Our first experience with a buyers agent (not Buy East) was 6 years ago and lead to a very disappointing result. We were therefore nervous to work with a buyers agent again, and conscious of the financial cost of doing so. Immediately on meeting the Buy East team we knew we had made the right decision. Friendly, professional, humble yet excellent negotiators - Will and Mark are the dream team. I can unequivocally say that we would not have been able to purchase the property we did without Will & Mark. The selling agents we interacted with clearly respected, and liked, Mark and Will and wanted to work with them, ensuring we were given access to properties before they were even on the market. Will and Mark completely understood our brief and did not push us to look at properties they knew would not be suitable just to get a fast sale and get us off their books. We did not feel pressured to buy a property at any time and we could tell that Will and Mark truly wanted us to buy the right property - not just the next available property. As we paid the commission fee on settlement, we absolutely believe the money was extremely well spent. We highly recommend Buy East to anyone looking to purchase in Sydney's eastern suburbs and we would not purchase in Sydney's east without Buy East.

I can not rate BuyEast high enough. But especially Mark, Will and Aaron. They went above and beyond for us and found us the perfect property in a short space of time. Their communication was 11/10 and even worked solidly through the Christmas/New year period and didn’t miss a beat. Even when trying to enjoy their family time, they were still quick to respond and calm our very jittery nerves. Having never thought to use a Buyers Agent, I don’t think we would do it any other way if we were ever given the chance to do it again. We hope we get to cross their paths again but could not recommend this agency and these men high enough.

I was recommended Kim Ball at BuyEast from a real estate agent. I found our complete experience to be absolutely first class. Right from the first meeting with Kim and the team they wanted to really understand what we were looking for and they were so on our wavelength throughout the process. They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable and very good at what they do. They had excellent relationships with the selling agents and they had a very well constructed process. Kim's market insight and quantitative research was fantastically helpful to us. When we found the right property (only 3 weeks after starting our search) Kim and the team were able move amazing quickly. From the time we said we wanted to buy the property until we exchanged contracts was a period of only 3 hours. Darcy provided fantastic pre-sale and after sales support and service. The attention to detail, the commitment to a great customer experience and level of expertise was exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Kim and the team as they found us our dream house and they did so in a absolutely professional manner.

Will and the team at BuyEast were fantastic from the very beginning. They took the time to understand everything we were looking for and were transparent and open about expectations etc. Will then commenced the search and was responsive to all our questions even after hours. He understood our needs and went to see places for us first which saved us a lot of time. Even in this competitive environment he was able to find us our perfect home off market in about 4 weeks and definitely saved us time, money and stress! The whole process was seamless and we secured our home a day after inspecting including building inspection etc. We highly recommend Will and are so happy with the process and the outcome.

Wish we had called sooner!We searched for many years to find the right house in a competitive Eastern suburbs market. We had been to so many open homes and auctions, reviewed countless contracts, scoped various properties with builders and been incredibly close so many times…. but we never managed to secure our own home!With a new baby on the way and it being an absolute necessity to move from our current home, we were getting a bit desperate. We gave Will a near impossible task - a 3 bedroom light filled house with a garden, north aspect at rear, on a quiet street, on a budget, easy parking, closer to the beach, close enough to the action but far enough from the action to be peaceful, close to a dog and kid friendly park, potential for future growth, close to the best public primary schools in the east… the list of demands goes on! Will's advice and ideas on renovations were incredibly valuable and made all the difference.3. The assistance wasn’t limited to just finding the property - everything was covered…. Recommendations of lawyers for contacts, mortgage brokers, renovation companies and more.4. The assistance throughout the settlement period has been beyond helpful.5. Most importantly though, they are connected in al the right ways. We purchased a property that, despite previously being on every mailing list on the eastern suburbs, we would never otherwise have seen. Will’s relationships ensured we saw this off market property as soon as it was for sale. And once we knew we wanted it, Will moved at the speed of light to help us secure our property.We are very impressed with Will - he is a real human being" who understands budget

I would definitely recommend using BuyEast to help purchase your property. Before engaging Will from BuyEast, my wife and I were struggling to find the right property for more then 6 months despite using another buyers agency for this period. Once Will got onboard, everything changed. The volume of properties he showed us increased substantially despite a tough market, and his pleasant, positive and confident manner was a breath of fresh air. As a result we found the right property within weeks. Even after purchasing the property, BuyEast remained helpful with further inspections of the property as well as being on hand to answer any questions. Overall, we were incredibly happy with the service received.
