Ace Body Corporate Management (South Australia)

Absolute sham. Nothing Corporate and definitely no management. If i could give a no star rating that would be fair. Every shack owner in Paisley is disgusted with the lack of service from this group of unprofessionals. I wish I wasn't writing this kind of review tbh.

Ive never had a problem- the ppl in the Adelaide office at Prospect have been nothing but nice- Karen and the team managed a property I owned and I had the privilege of being on the committee and communicated with them regularly. A phone call is always the best followed up with an email. It helps to always approach your committee member b4 going to the management over most things. Be active i n your body corporate and know whats going on. ACE have always been open and transparent over all aspects of management. Thankyou ACE.

I've experienced Ace as both a tenant for many years, and now as a property owner/occupier. In both instances, I wouldn't recommend them. The fees are ridiculous given what they do (nothing) and if there is an issue, they don't want to know about it. I definitely would not recommend allowing them to do any gardening/landscaping of common areas as they completely butchered my garden at the place I was renting despite numerous requests to leave it alone as they had to go onto the property to do the damage they did!Now as an owner, I have been trying to organise separate water meters, but the staff member has zero interest in raising the issue with other owners, and at the AGM, the staff member was very vocal in lying completely about the process and costs associated with installation of water meters.Avoid at all costs - I'll certainly be moving to change management or move to self management at the next AGM as I'm sick of pouring $ down the drain for nothing

How is anyone getting any response to any problem from these people?All I can get is excuses for their failures to respond to repeated requests that are not responded to ever. Worst property maintenance I have ever had to deal with. Would give 0 stars if I could.Will be putting up a sign on front of property now saying proudly maintained by Ace Body Corp as a last attempt to get something done by this group ,besides a bill for their services which is the only thing they do manage to do. More emails ,DAYS Later STILL no action no response so I give up on these people getting quotes from other management groups ,will keep updating but all cheaper so far.

Would give 0 if I could. So far in the last 12 months our strata manager (within ACE) has changed multiple times and we have never been notified or provided with new direct contact details.Responsiveness to queries is terrible, ACE regularly fail to collect quotes and forward to the committee. I tend to receive condescending excuses over the phone when I finally decide to call and get told I just don't 'understand the processes'. Which is nonsense, because of their incompetence I have done extensive research on all things strata to make sure I understand how our corporation should be operating.Their fees are also quite high in comparison to other quotes we have recently obtained from some more reputable body corp management companies. Very much looking forward to making the switch.

I've being doing Property Management for 12 years and I have to admit, I hate the thoughts of calling Strata when it comes to arranging/following up maintenance in particular.However today, was the first time ever, I hung up the phone with a smile on my face after a conversation with Strata about maintenance!Siddhant Lakhina has fantastic customer service!! He went above and beyond and within that 5 minute phone call, he had answered everything I needed to know and what I would usually wait weeks if not months to hear back about!!

Wish I could give them negative stars. Never have I ever had to deal with such incompetence.

I purchased My Unit 2 years ago & I find Ace Body Corporate Management great to deal with. I find all staff professional & pleasant to deal with while able to have the occasional laugh with them (a necessary stress release at times). This is my 1st purchase under a Strata Group & I am very happy with ACE at the helm.Regards, Rob

I sent 4 emails to my manager regarding an issue where there was property damage done by the gardener, I have still had no reply. I also asked for a copy of my community title plan to be resent to me as I misplaced my original plan, nothing was sent. I noticed in the statement of Ace body corporate that the customer is important and how they will strive to care. This is not caring at all and we haven't had an annual meeting in 2 years. Disappointing service.

On several occasions I've called their office line and it goes through to voicemail. How is there not one person in the entire office to answer a phone call at 11 in the morning? Bang average.
