I work in supermarket and just came across a lady named Jacinta at the smoke shop. She was extremely rude to all the customers including myself. Worst experience I've had at this store. She needs some training in customer service. What an awful shopping experience.

Can I please make a suggestion?! If you intend on only having young males on the normal registers all the time, can you please teach them to pack the bags properly!! Twice now I have had a pile of rubble to deal with and things being squashed. My guess is you want us to use self serve to avoid this but it won’t be happening!!

I would like to say a big thank you to Felix for his help this morning. I didn’t have a trolley, didn’t think I’d need one, but my daughter asked to buy her a 3 litre milk. As soon as I put it in my bag I knew I was going to struggle, I was on one crutch, and it was very heavy. Felix was standing near by and offered to go and get me a trolley, which he did which made things much easier for me. He was very warm and friendly and said not to hesitate to ask him if I needed any more help. I find the staff in general very warm and friendly but this time I remembered to look at Felix’s name tag so I could name him. Excellent job Felix .

Very busy but parking was easy. Shelves were being replenished but there are still goods missing, milk, and some Coles own label goods. Long queue at check out but friendly efficient service.

What is happening with Coles' supply chain? Too many missing items lately although what is actually there is generally ok. Have recently joined FlyBuys and given Coles is our regular supermarket, can't understand why it took me so long. Easy rewards system for shopping as we always have.

I have been to this store 2 times in the past couple of weeks. The first time i shopped here while at the deli i was helped by a very friendly young man named declan. He was incredibly bubbly and very talkitive and made the shopping experience very enjoyable and even fun. However the last time i was here i was helped by this young lady with blondish hair and lots of freckles. she was very rude and disrespectful towards me and charged me extra. Even though i enjoyed my talk with the young declan i will not be coming back here because of the young lady
