I would like to give 5 stars to the team at Scafeast. We were very happy with the service from Joe and Alex. They were very quick in getting us an affordable quote and I would recommend them and definitely use them again in future. During the last few year we were working together to have my building business running healthy and well. in one scenario, two of the office stuffs rolled up their sleeves and took time out of their own schedule to help us loading the truck and save the day. These guys are a credit to their employer.Very professional company who provided excellent customer service too. I strongly recommend this business!Products are great too, temporary fence, scaffolding and formworks, never had any issues.

Delivery was scheduled for Monday morning. Delivery never arrived. Had to email to ask where it is and they responded back with drive is sick. No call or email to say delivery wouldn't be today. Was delivered the next day with damage to products that were delivered. They are ignoring my emails I have sent multiple times. Poor customer service and would not recommend!

Great customer service. Got to the warehouse to pick up some screw jacks and was looked after immediately by Irene, who helped me process my pick up. Heather was very helpful in helping me load the truck too. Loved my experience and would absolutely recommend it!

I had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The 2m aluminium scaffold was ready to go when i got there.It was easy to put together. It's lightweight enough that I had zero trouble fitting it in my car and moving around. Thanks guys!
