Myer Roselands is absolutely disappointing especially customer service.I rang this morning , opening time.A guy told me we just open.( no greeting what so ever)I ask to check a certain product( no hang on please I will check for you" ).I can hear he put the phone on the table and out of the blue he hang up. I knew he hang up on meon purpose."

Sonia (Salesperson) from the parfum department is a classic example of customer par excellence. She meticulously explained and went an extra mile to make sure the customer maximises her Myer Rewards and happy for the purchase made.

Myer Roselands is a fantastic department store! I was really impressed with the selection of items available, they had a good range of products to choose from. The best part is that it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to take my time shopping without feeling rushed. One thing that stood out to me was the fast pickup service they offered compared to other Myer stores. I was able to find everything I was looking for and more. Overall, I had a great experience at Myer Roselands and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good shopping experience without the crowds.

There is a wide variety of stocks to choose from ; also there are a lot of parking available on site which is great .However fitout in some part of the store feels old and messy .

Poor service. After standing in queue for over 20 min was told that only 1 queue by cashier. The previous person standing there was received by cashier and only I was told to move. Long time customer of myers and never before received such poor treatment.

I've made two purchases with this store that I've had to refund. 1. Was over $300 and another was $179 and I haven't gotten my money back for either and it's been months.Do not buy from here go to David Jones.

Love how they've done the lower level, great for grocery shopping, lots to choose from. There's 3 supermarkets, big fruit market, big deli, chicken and big De Costi seafoods. They sell fresh and also cooked on one side so you can eat there too. The butcher is disappointing though.

Amazing service. Picked up an order from click and collect, realised.a shirt was different shade of color from my order online. Was able to get refund and fix up my order on the spot... was clothing for my sons graduation which was happening the day after...

Pat from the perfume department is amazing! I went in looking for a gift for a friends birthday and even though I asked a hundred questions Pat was very patient and extremely helpful. Amazing customer service, will be back specifically just to see her for all future purchases. Thank you once again.
