Very bad customer service the girl is rude to the customer. She should be back where she came from. Useless, only people should visit this shop who wants to be ripped off. Plenty other jewellery stores on the same street who will serve professionally.

Be careful about this store and check the latest price of gold while buying.The old guy in the counter tells wrong price intentionally. If the gold price is let's say 88.1 in market, they say it's Eighty eight points something" to you. They don't say exact price

Worst worst worst customer service ever. They don’t finish up serving one customer and they go jump onto another one. Your selling high end items therefore people will take there time when making decisions on which one to buy.

The old man that serve me are just practically rude! Do not go to this people. I walked in and waited almost 10 min before he attend to me,, I was asking for the bracelet. I asked for the gram and price for the bracelet. He told me to wait he serving another customer and he get $50 straight for fixing their watch but from me he is not getting any money.Instead of telling me the price, he is so curious guessing which country am from. That is red flags for me!! Second, you over charged me! How can today gold price is $69 and you are charging me $92 a gram! Is it because I didn't wear my gold at all you treat me like am a broke person that cannot buy gold! Shame on you! Felt so discriminate. RUDE!!

This is the best jewellery shop. I have really good experience. I bought jewellery at very reasonable price.

Bought two bangles in exchange for another two. Was quoted 1740 for the old ones and new one 2600 something ( they didn’t put the price on the receipt). Since we paid cash 10 percent discount was agreed on but the girl charged 1030 extra (the only payment she wrote on the receipt). After we did calculation at home and went back the next day, the girl who sold us the pieces refused everything claiming she doesn’t remember us. The old guy also didn’t return money, instead made a new receipt of 2500, claiming the old bangles could not be worth that much.Will not be going back. If you are going to shop here listen carefully, they like to spin what they say and make sure they include all the prices on the receipt.
