The Salt Therapy session was very relaxing. The energy in the room was clear. The facilities throughout were impeccably clean. The staff member assisting me was very prompt, informative, and genuinely friendly and supportive in his role. Already a big improvement with some sinus issues, just after one session. Lovely experience, thanks.

I attended my first float yesterday and it was beyond anything I could have imagined. The interior of the store is a paradise away from the loud main road, it’s as if stepping into a new world. The staff were such a delight, they were warm, friendly and helped me feel calm from the very first interaction. She explained everything I needed to know and nothing was too much trouble. The float was absolute perfection, and set me up for the most calm and relaxing rest of my day. Thank you everyone. I can’t wait to return.

What sets Mind Body Salt apart are the staff. You immediately feel relaxed and cared for when you walk in, they’re friendly and helpful and make every effort to make your experience an enjoyable one. I love going for a float or a sauna. Strongly recommend for when you need to unwind your body or mind.

If I could give them more stars I would.I have been a regular floater here for several years now. And just when I thought they couldn’t get any better, they keep on getting better. I love love love how I feel during and after every float, sauna, salt experience. Staff are amazing and always make me feel calm and at ease. The little touches recently added make an already amazing experience even better. The tea station in the post float room, for example. I now have tea collection envy. And as a Bonus, you can purchase the same tea to take home! As a disability support worker who brings her client daily to therapy at mind body salt I have to say I am so impressed with the love and support she has received. They are so inclusive of her needs and are so welcoming and accommodating. I have been honoured to assist her during some of these sessions and the staff have allowed this without question. I could not recommend this service enough but above all the the ladies who work here. They go above and beyond and I appreciate you for it.

Amazing experience!I did a float in the float pod.I suffer from a chronic brain disease, ADHD and I’m legally blind and it was SO nice to have an hour completely to myself to relax and unwind. As a first time floater, I did find it a little hard to relax at first because it was so unlike anything I had experienced before but once I adjusted, it was awesome. I fell asleep for half an hour! And the shower at the end is just an added bonus.I highly recommend showering with the light off and just the blue light on the pod on, it’s so relaxing.The staff were beautiful and we felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time.10/10 in all areas!

I recently experienced my very first float and very first visit to Mind Body Salt and I cannot wait to be back to your lovely site. Dan and Laura were so helpful and warm and genuinely want to provide a positive experience. I felt very comfortable that I was in a safe place and felt so ready to unwind and let go while using one of their float pods. The facilities were clean, well stocked and had everything I needed to go about the rest of my day. Relaxing with a perfect cup of Love Tea afterwards was the cherry on top of a great experience. I felt so enthused to share my experience with loved ones that I bought my hubby one the Autumn Specials - I hope we can return together very soon.

I recently had a 45-minute salt therapy session, and I was blown away by how relaxing and revitalizing it was. I was amazed at how much better I felt after just one session. My sinuses were clearer, my breathing felt easier, and I felt more relaxed and centered overall.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the salt float very much and felt lovely and relaxed after it. Now looking forward to trying other services in the near future. Have already recommended to friends and planning a girl's morning or afternoon there.
