I highly recommend Pipsqueek in Saigon, a salon that is always uptodate with the latest trends and products. I have been a very happy client for many years. Kate my hairdresser knows how to manage my curly, frizzy unruly hair! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks in the door. The vibe and ambience in the salon is an experience in itself. Thank you Kate and staff, you are all AMAZING in every way.

I haven’t attended my appt yet but will be seeing my hair dresser who’s been doing my hair for years now at a different salon. But I just called up to book an appt and because I work shift work, it’s always hard to work out a time - however the girl on the phone helping me was so patient, kind, and accommodating. She was lovely and personal and had great customer service that you don’t come across much these days. Thank you!!

Luke is AMAZING, he has been cutting my hair for the last 10 years. Whenever he goes I go.The salon is also really good, everyone is kind, polite and nice. Highly recommended.

Best salon ever. You're in for quality expertise and a treat if you come here. Jessie's the best, but I'd trust my hair in the hands of all the lovely staff. Every time I've been here I've been walked through the process step by step beforehand so I know exactly what will happen to my hair and can set achievable expectations.

This Salon is immaculate, I saw Sinead and she was incredibly friendly, she spent sufficient time making sure my haircut was precise and she was great to talk to. She also knows how to master a proper blowout! I am a hairdresser myself and I couldn’t recommend this salon or stylist enough!

Previously I saw Ida at the Hove salon and had an amazing curly cut! I was recommended to see Lisa who was super lovely but unfortunately my hair was thinned which is generally not great for curly hair. There’s lots of great reviews so not sure what happened with my cut, was pretty disappointed and I’m still trying to grow it out/manage it!It’s a lovely space and everyone is very kind but I just assumed I could zone out and trust the process - so that’s left me feeling really off.(This was back in May 2021)

I unfortunately didn’t have the best experience with a curly cut at the Stepney salon. My hair was cut wet (which can be done well) but in this case once it dried it didn’t match my curl pattern, the way I part my hair or the reference photos I provided. I now have very thin patches with short chunks of hair and big gaps in my shape. It’s going to take quite a while for this to grow out and I’m really disappointed.The staff are lovely, and the space is great, but I’d caution against getting a wet curly cut here.

Unfortunately have to update my review to mirror another here. I too had previously had multiple incredible curly cuts by Ida at the Hove salon, but have just had my curls thinned out beyond belief and have sections of hair that is only a couple of centimetres long. Unfortunately my curl pattern has been impacted badly.The salon and staff are lovely, but I’m quite disappointed at how my curls have been cut as it’s going to take quite sometime to grow out / recover.All I can say is if you have curls ask questions every time and don’t assume thinning won’t be done.
