No complaints, we were travelling & had to take our dog to the vets

I found the very helpful either when they are busy they went out of their way to help me and my dog I will only go there again

I was in Roma for under a day, my dog needed a vet and this vet clinic was very accommodating for my girl and slotted her in (Karen) the vet was lovely and very gentle with my dog. The area had good parking for a 4WD & trailer, easy to access and get out of. They have a good ramp for disability access and for anything that needs a ramp. Inside the clinic was tidy and clean, well presented and the front desk staff were lovely. I can honestly say that all the staff that I encountered were nice and caring for my girl. They were also affordable for myself being on a pension. Thank you for your kind caring service and fitting us in on short notice.

My husband and I would like to thank the young vet who very kindly came to our rescue. We had picked up our new motorhome in Ayr QLD and we’re driving back to Central Coast NSW. Unfortunately the motorhome didn’t have a GPS and we were relying on our phones but had no network. We were so lost when he came to our rescue.He was so obliging, friendly and lucky for us had local knowledge.ps. We now have a GPS.Many, many thanks,Wayne and Alice Ross.

I have recently had to have a beloved cat put to sleep and as hard as that was I can say ALL of the staff at the clinic were so sympathetic and extremely helpful. They did not charge me an arm and a leg and made my process of leaving after the euthanasia, as easy and quick as possible. My fur baby was even placed in biodegradable bag that had his name written on it, a paw print drawn on and RIP all written so neatly in handwriting on the bag (it was not just a plastic bag it was cotton I believe so it looked dignified). I even received a heartwarming card the following week in the mail from Roma Vet Clinic expressing their deepest sympathies - I truly believe that they not only cared for the animal but also for the owner in these times. I could not recommend this clinic and their staff more! Absolutely A+

I appreciate the help of all vets at roma veterinary clinic they always put in %100 to do the best they can by pets and there family's ease my mind when ever I have had to take any of my pets in so thank yous very much .
