Optus Roxburgh Park

Worst possible experience always in a rush and try to get things done quickly not carefully. For that reason they charged me nearly $200 extra to my payment that Is usually for $30. This has happened with me many many times as I come in and ask and they will just try to rush it, especially that Indian dude. But as for broadmedows, 1,000 times will reccomend and they resolved my problems all the time.

We needed a home line , that’s why got Optus home internet and home lineWhen we called Optus to activate home line they said not included, we went back to office and they said we can’t go backI don’t recommend

5 star rating no doubt. The guy name Sahil really helped us a lot. He is really nice and helpful guy is 100% legit genuine so if you looking for buying any new phone or new plans.

Great help, I originally went to the Craigieburn branch but didn't get much help. These guys are fast & helpful. Highly recommend people to come to this branch. Will be coming to this one from now on. Thanks guys! :) #happycustomer

Made an in-store purchase yesterday and the 2 team members on duty had exceptional customer service skills and were both so friendly as well as being very helpful and informative. Based on this experience, I would recommend this store without hesitation.

Upon entering the Optus store located in Roxburgh Park, I was met with an individual who claimed to be the manager. Unfortunately, this individual lacked the necessary skills and education to provide adequate customer service. To put it bluntly, the encounter was the worst customer service experience I've ever had.As I was attempting to resolve my Optus-related issue, this individual resorted to being verbally abusive and threatening. It was a very unpleasant experience and I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of both Optus and this specific store. I have since contacted Optus to report this thug

We had an excellent experience with store manager Sahil. After many calls to head office Optus with no solution to the issue with the matter we walked into the Roxburgh Park store and we were extremely fortunate to have met Sahil who fixed my fathers mobile phone issue in a matter of minutes. Optus head office ought to TAKE NOTE and be trained by Him!!!!
