The staff here are really rude. In particular the young lady in the change rooms who grunts and grabs clothes off you. Time for some customer service training or get new staff.

Appears they try to sell items which other retailers couldn't sell at a lower price. No two stores stock the same items so it's hard to get item's from another store if they don't have the correct size or colour.

Quite unorganised and variety is not available. But people rush here to find deals on big brands at cheaper prices.
