Ginger and Spice Baking Creations
I am so glad that we approached Mia from Ginger and Spice Baking Creations to make the cake for my wife's 60th birthday party. It was a special occasion and we were to have 50 guests at the party. My wife just loves continental cake, so she asked if Mia could create a continental cake for the celebration. The design being left totally up to Mia. We were not disappointed. The cake came out perfect and the design was amazing. The cake was a two tiered vanilla cake with layers of chocolate and vanilla custard. It was delicious and we had many compliments from our guests on how great it tasted. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Ginger and Spice Baking Creations.

Thank you so much for another yummy Mother’s Day cake. With many allergies in my family it is reassuring to know that you can cater for them all. The macarons were also gluten free and dairy free and were delicious. I would include a photo of them, but they were all eaten too quickly!

Mia made the most beautiful wedding cake for my husband and I! We had red velvet as the bottom tier and lemon cake with lemon curd as the top tier. It was so delicious and looked divine! She goes above and beyond with all that she does and all of the cakes and creations we order from her are always perfection. Highly recommend!
