Thai Village Massage and Spa Potts Point

Booked for 60 minutes and was overcharged for 90 minute massage which I did not receive.I noticed the discrepancy later on my bank statement as they have a habit of holding the card reader so you can't see the amount entered when proffered.When I attempted to resolve the overcharge it was a circus of phone calls and playing dumb and then refusal to repay the discrepancy.Very average massage as well.Will not be back.

Shocking! They hurt my back and took no accountability for it. Then ended the massage 30mins early. As would only do what was on the menu!

I had couples of massage there and also with my partner.My masseuse was pretty good and asked me where I needed the most. They wash my feet in the entrance and ask me to put my shoes on the shoe racks.That’s is pretty clean for the spa.Also Jess did the best massage I ever had! I recommend her.The only bad point is during the massage in couple room , the two girls was talking and laughing together during our massage and now sure languange we cannot understand and that wasn’t relaxing for me.But that wasn’t a problem for my partner so I guess that’s okay for some people.Finally the Potts point Thai village its a good place just don’t feel shy to tell the person massage you if they are noisy or if the pressur is not adapted. They can’t know if you don’t let them know!Good massage, good time!

My partner and I came here for a 30 min back head and neck massage and it certainly didn't disappoint.We managed to get an appointment very quickly and were put in the couple room which was lovely. Both our therapists were amazing and pressure was incredible !We highly recommend (and will be back)Thank you Miami and Jenny!

Hit and miss.. today I had the worst massage, it's giving me more shoulder pain..I had to keep telling the masseur to do it strong, twas annoying. And I booked for 45mins I only got 35mins.. really disappointed

Booked a couples 1hr hot oil massage here which was absolutely DIVINE. Both of us were so relaxed afterwards. The service was amazing and we will definitely be coming again. One of the best massages of my life!

Cramped space, service was cut shorter than stated time. Great location in the neighbourhood but would not return :)

I just had a 1 hour session with Tiara. She spent sometime working with me to understand my need and to get the pressure just right. Her skill was fantastic. I ended the session with the problem areas sorted. The space was exemplary with comfort and temperature spot on. Highly recommend.
