Bought a all in one off this guy which was working fine but after a month of use the screen started ghosting and it became useless. sent it back to him (at my expense) he told me there was nothing wrong with it and sent it back (after 3 weeks) i even offer to cover some of the cost for it to be repaired or buy another one of better quality, however he just sent it back with no response and now will not answer my messages. absolute terrible service. has ripped me off $500 and he won`t do nothing.. BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS GUY. QUITE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOU BUT IGNORES YOU WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG..The response from this guy is absolute lies, I am a professional audio engineer of some 35 years and am not in the habit of mistreating my equipment, I also use touchscreens all the time.I received the computer late Nov. I went on holiday the day it arrived. Used it a total of 4 times and sent it back to him after Jan 26th (when the problem showed itself). He then had it for 3 to 4 weeks before returning it with no communication. I had asked him to fix it. The wear mark on the screen is from me trying to get the square to disappear it is definitely not from pressing too hard on it.Anyway, I have a $500 dollar doorstop and this guy is a dishonest lier. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM.. sellers like this are ripping of decent hardworking people.. Read the feedback before buying from him... ebay should be cancelling his account..

We have used Michael and his team for about eight years now and although communication is a bit of hit and miss we have been generally happy with his service. However today was a completely different story. Rarely have i experienced such poor quality customer service and I was shocked by the attitude I received and the way I was spoken to After my son’s laptop has been in repair for more than a week. He admitted To not answering the phone calls he receives during each day nor returns text messages as they are not his priority. He made me feel like, as a paying customer, a piece of chewing gum on the bottom of his shoe. He invited me to take my son’s laptop elsewhere, which I have happily done. We will not return. I will not be spoken to in such a poor manner again, after all I believe I have been more than patient in the circumstances and said nothing nor did anything to warrant the attitude that I received. Having read the reviews I understand I am not the only one to have been on the end of this side of MICHAEL.

I purchased a refurbished lap top from Michael THE BUSINESS OWNER and he took full payment and never sent the laptop. I contacted Aussie home pc repair and he refused to give a refund for the lap top that he never sent and NOW refuses to take my calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER. A RIP OFF CON ARTIST. If he tells you these bad reviews are fake DO NOT believe this grub, they are real.

Have bought several PC's for myself, Uncle & Aunt, and 4 desktop + double screens for company start-up. I have dealt with Michael over 3-4 years and have only encountered fast professional service. Highly recommend Aussie Home PC repairs.

They assembled a custom-built PC to suit our requirements. The service was excellent, everything was explained so that we could make an informed decision on the components we wanted in the PC. The PC starts up in seconds and easily runs all to programs we need it to. The price was lower than any other comparable system we looked at.

I visited Michael and his team with my PC that decided it didn’t want to work for me anymore and they were wonderful. Same day fix, only took a couple of hours and great communication throughout the process. Great pricing and overall very happy with the experience. Will definitely be back for any future computer issues or purchases.

Been buying Dell laptops from Michael (Aussie Home PC Repair) for our office needs since last year and we are extremely happy with the machines and the service. The machines run like a breeze and haven’t had any sort of issues with any single one of them yet. Goes out of his way to get the machines sorted for us.

A refurbished PC from Michael is a great way to reduce the quantity of e-waste we put into land fill. What's more, Michael is more than happy to take the time to sit with you on the phone and resolve any issues you may have.

I don't like giving poor reviews, but unfortunately I have to. I purchased a gaming computer for my son in the middle of last year. It arrived poorly packed & with crumbling, dusty packing. The computer died 3 weeks later. The service then was good. They paid for a courier to pick it up & sent down another rebuilt PC. This one has now died after 4 months. When we took it to our local PC shop they informed us the the hard drive was old & had packed it in. The RAM wasn't a 16 gig card, but a hodge podge of different sized 2nd hand cards.The SSD card in the original computer was almost new. Not on the replacement though. Anyway, after calling we were told another, not new, hard drive would be sent down. It was never received. I ended up paying our local shop $250 to put new internals in it. Ended up buying another one locally & will be purchasing 2 more in the near future. Ah well, this companies loss!

II have purchased desktop computer form Aussie Home PC Repair and could not be happier, Michael was kind and very responsive, help me out to setup everything I needed to setup over the phone. I'm using this computer for almost 3 months now day by day every day, the computer I purchased was pre own however with great spec equivalent of $1500 worth of Hervey Norman.
