Very helpful staff

They don't even deserve a star. The job provider made me feel like I wasn't worth it. And she was always so rude towards me. Worst job provider ever.

Their treatment of disability clients in their specially the Cabooltra office is disgusting. To bag the client in earshot and then deny it. Even in front of two witness is disgusting behaviour. Is this part of their training? AS well as saying to the client they need drug and booze help. Rhe staff member had no information that that is called for. Assuming something like that when u dont have that training or information that that help is needed. SHOWS shes in the wrong job.The staff member needs removing for her comments and stuff that she as said to the client. The matter needs to go to management. !!!! BEcause of this total disrespect of clients.

Staff are really helpful and professional especially Paulene and Shiree they helped me obtain a job in my preferred field and would recommend them to anyone

One star is too generous for this mob. Manager is an over weight moron stuffed into a too small shirt, who wields his petty power like a club. Suicide is a better option.

Were it not for the friendly receptionist, there would be little of note for this training centre. Staff *can*be friendly, yet are also remarkably upfront and judgemental at times. With long wait times and busy tutors, you will find yourself wishing to be anywhere else.Make no mistake, they will perform their tasks, just in an inefficient and borderline rude manner.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Staff at Tursa Caboolture. I have always found them to be polite, courteous, friendly and professional especially Kelly my Disabilty Employment Services Consultant. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone and would use them again myself if the need arises.

Useless . Handed out someone else’s resume for 8 months instead of mine . When I and I mean I found a job they tried to get my hours so they could say they found me the job . They where so bad they couldn’t help me with my resume so they wrote there own see above , I’m still thinking of suing total misuse of public funding and there councillors are not councillors or even community service workers there under qualified and bad at there jobs and like to make everyone suffer like they do
