A terrible experience.We recently applied for a rental, we never got any communication, no phone calls, no emails and not even a call to let us know if our application was successful or not. Compared to other realesates this is by far the worst we have had to deal with. Customer service does not come first here.

I wouldn’t recommend elders Kempsey real estate to anyone at all. They promise you the world and charge you 15% in management fees more then any real estate agent around there. Try to get in contact with Carrolyn is a lot harder then getting a photo with celebrities. They only do what’s benefits them, always find easy way out to solve problems and that will be out of your own pocket.Do not stay with them, leave them before you will regret it.

I recently purchased a home through Elders and our experience was nothing but pleasant throughout every step, from the first inspection to settlement. Leah was so lovely, warm and helpful throughout the entire process, going above and beyond to make us feel important and ease us through each step of buying our first home.Everything went smoothly, we were updated about the progress of our purchase the whole time, and the transition was so easy.We were so grateful that Leah was by our side and made us feel so comfortable during such an important time. If we are to ever sell or buy again in the area, we will definitely be going back.

We just bought our first home through Winsome, Robert was very helpful, he answered all our questions and their service was fantastic. We actually tried to purchase a house with another real estate in town but they wouldn't take us seriously, never returned phone calls and were honestly just plain rude. I am honestly so happy they had such bad service because we ended up buying our house through a way better real estate, thank you for taking us seriously.

Recently sold a house through Winsome Real Estate who are now Elders Real Estate. Before listing I asked about whether they worked as a team and was told they did. This was true and I could not have wished for better. Robert McNamara came highly recommended and went out of his way to ensure a successful outcome for us. All members of the team showed people through. We received updates. Whenever there was contact with any staff member the staff member, receptionist, admin and agents, were always polite and helpful. Nothing was a problem for any of them. We would use this company for any future purchases.
