Thankyou so much to your driver David Roberts who rendered great kindness and assistance getting my mother to my father who had had an accident. He refused payment and later returned my mums phone to her after she left it in his car because of her distress. A wonderful act that restores my faith in humans . Thankyou again David from the bottom of my familys heart !

After accidentally leaving our property in the taxi , we found it impossible to get our belongings back.Even though the driver recounted that he had it. We called, emailed and called again for 4 days all to no avail. Finally our holiday ended and we had no choice but to leave without OUR property.Unprofessional unacceptable.

Took 2 CHASA taxis today, with 2 different drivers. Service was timely, professional, and friendly.

I used CHASA Taxis to coordinate the transport of several people participating in a research discussion group in Coffs Harbour. I booked in advance and all taxis showed up on time. They were very reliable, with friendly drivers and operators! 5 stars for sure.

Called and ordered a taxi at 10:30pm tonight after i got off work, just to wait there for 20+ minutes to call them at 11pm to be told they have no cars, when i asked why they still took my call they said they cant turn their phone booking system off which is a joke, i work at KFC and take a taxi at least 5 times a week, i don’t leave my online ordering or delivery systems on overnight when i cant provide my services and as I explained to the operator that this isnt okay or an excuse and it needs to be fixed for the future because shes wasting peoples time, like mine because i have to be back here again at 6am and now its 11pm and i could've already walked home, she hung up on me, ive had to talk to your operators numerous times now and it seems to be the same operator particularly who cant seem to understand what customer service is.

Perfect timing, accuracy and nice driver. We were worried whether anyone would come to get us, because you’ll get a tracking link sms only a moment before the pick-up time, but everything worked brilliantly. Recommended, also because they take advance reservations (not just requests).

Disappointing driver conduct , yelling abuse at another driver for stopping on an orange light , then going around on the left through a red light just so they could sit on the rank and have a smoke

Booked a taxi to pick up my daughter at 10.15pm after work. Taxi didn't show up til 10.50pm. Wondered why they offer bookings if they don't show up at the time taxi is booked. Wasn't happy.
