Lovely flowers, staff are friendly and helpful

Always perfectly gorgeous flowers of all the flowers that I have received over the years. Latest flowers I've received was last Friday and they are as fresh looking as on the day of delivery. The gorgeous perfume of the Asiatic Lillies are filling the house. Just perfect. Thank you so very much to Werribee Station Place Florists. I appreciate how you create your wonderful floral arrangements.

I have bought hampers including beautiful plants through WSPF on a number of occasions. Their quality, service & pricing are excellent. Very disappointedWhere do I start…Flowers did arrive and yes they did look good…But…The whole online ordering system means you get to pick what you want. Which is a bit grr but at least you know…Unfortunately what I chose and what arrived are two different things. But like I said… it did look good. It’s not what I wanted but tbh it did. So I’ll give them that.I ordered online at 8:30am. For a local delivery. The recipient just got news that her young niece had passed away. Flowers didn’t arrive at the house until just before 5pm. That is not acceptable. No one is that busy. If you are that busy… have a second driver.I’m not an unreasonable person… lunch time even. No worries. More than 8Hours! And then when I called the arrogance to be told that they are busy!?!? I thought maybe they made a mistake?!?

I was recommended by a friend to visit this florist and I am so glad I did.The staff were so lovely and welcoming and prepared the most beautiful floral arrangement within a few minutes for a very time sensitive order. We are so impressed with their workmanship and kindness. I highly recommend this florist. I can't wait to go back.

My beautiful daughter is in hospital for Xmas and called this wonderful florist.I asked for a photo before they were sent and they certainly didn’t disappoint. Gorgeous and very Christmasy with nutty chocolates as requested. My daughter was so happy with them. Thank you Joanna and all the team. I live in Tasmania and they made ordering the flowers so easy.
