Andrew turned up promptly and his patience to assist my Mum for the expected cold winter was exemplary. His advice and knowledge on heat pump placement ,cold and warm air movements,and unit efficiency was a cut above his competitors.His staff installed the unit and we are so happy with the Daikin unit as it warms up our whole house and has saved us from using 3 radiator units,a floor blower and an off peak brick bank.The heat pump remote tells us how much power has been used ( $46 in 21 days and it is on 24 hrs). Highly recommended, Thank you
