Sold me an Ipad I did NOT need. I only needed extra storage in my Samsung phone. ie. A Larger SD card of 64GB than in my original 1GB was apparently all I needed.I am angry, as I didnt understand what it was all about n feel I was taken advantage. I have been an Optus client since they started in Aust. So. Where was their loyalty to me to give me fair service for what I needed instead of landing me with huge monthly bill.Very upset.
